  Description
Streamlining the processes (Hiring + Ops), creating new people structures and actively contributing to the development and maintenance of a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
      Deliverables
-  Sourcing and recruiting top talent (Both tech & non-tech), managing the full recruitment cycle, and maintaining excellent relations with hiring managers and candidates alike. 
- When necessary, conduct and oversee employee relations investigations and consult with senior managers on how to address employee behaviors and concerns.
- Work with unit managers to create and evaluate job descriptions (building from scratch as well), position announcements and position fill time.
- Looking after processes including payrolls, frameworks, business process analysis, onboarding, terminating, and requirements gathering.
