Summer Gesture at Nolita 🧢 
Community building isn’t always about big budgets or grand gestures, sometimes, it’s simply about noticing the people around us and showing up for them. 
At Nolita, I initiated a small but thoughtful summer campaign, distributing caps to all labour staff and security workers in and around the area. These individuals work long hours under the blazing sun, and this gesture was our way of offering comfort while showing appreciation for their efforts. 

What made it even more special? Each cap doubled as a subtle brand touchpoint. As the workers moved through the neighbourhood, the caps served as friendly little reminders that Nolita was just down the road, making our presence felt in the most organic, human way possible.
