If you’ve been watching his Restaurant Series, you already know it’s been less about perfection and more about showing the real journey, the wins, the delays, the testing, tasting, tweaking…and repeating. 

My role in all of this has been relatively straightforward: to make the process transparent and ensure the story is told. And somewhere along the way, I also found myself convincing Sandesh to step out from behind the kitchen and actually be the face of Slurp Shop, because people don’t just connect to food, they connect to the person behind it. 

This series has been a mix of documenting, learning, and sometimes just winging it, but that’s what building a brand honestly looks like. And watching it grow from a spark of an idea into something people now wait in line for has been worth every bit of chaos.
