Our terms are simple:
- - Standard 8.3% recruitment fee on any full-time hire (no tiers for more expensive hires!). ZERO hiring fee for fractional talent and agencies (we charge a small fee to on the service provider side to offset their outreach efforts).
- Free replacement candidate if our initial placement doesn't work out within 60 days. - - No lock-in or exclusivity (though we strongly suggest only working with one partner for each profile to avoid duplication of work)
