More Details about the campaigns:

  1. Target Audience: Identifying H&Is since the AOV of all programs is high across India and global. We created very specific cohorts that worked for us - Expats, New Moms, Fitness enthusiast, People interested in celebrity training and premium audience
  2. Communication and Creatives: Did a lot of experiments around the creatives that would resonate with our audience - using "Sohrab" as key, Fitness as key, "Anywhere-Anytime" and similar key comms. Tried a lot of customer testimonials, that has also helped in getting good CTR and conversions.
  3. Meta has been the winner but we did try multiple placements across Google - Google search has also helped along with email for existing customers of Sohfit
