The Yetagun North Field is located at approximately 12 km North East of Yetagun Field (Yetagun Main) in Andaman Sea, offshore of Myanmar in Blocks M12, M13 and M14. PCML is the operator of the blocks. The field which contains 36.7% mole CO2 is located in 108.8 m water depth.

The development scheme is envisaged to include the installation of a new 4-legged WHP, installation of new 10โ€ pipeline with approximately 11.0 km length from Yetagun North to Yetagun Main platform, host tie-in works and modification of Yetagun Main platform to accommodate additional facilities for incoming Yetagun North fluids.

Yetagun North will be developed as a satellite WHP without any processing facilities. The Full Well Stream (FWS) with high CO2 gas produced from Yetagun North will be blended with low CO2 Yetagun Main gas. Yetagun North will be producing a maximum 70 MMSCFD of gas from 2 new wells with a maximum of 36.7% CO2 contents.
