What has happened? 

To build excitement for the highly anticipated Great Summer Sale starting at midnight on May 1, 2025, we implemented a two-phased communication strategy. First, a teaser was released to generate buzz and curiosity around the sale date. This was followed by the main announcement, highlighting blockbuster deals, exciting new launches, Prime Early Access, attractive bank and payment offers, and a wide selection available across top categories such as electronics, fashion for men and women, home décor, and kitchen essentials. 

 

What are the results? 

The Great Summer Sale 2025 PR efforts generated strong traction across national, regional, and online media, resulting in 1200+ media exposures (1045+ online and 155+ print stories that includes 560+ earned & 640+ affiliate stories) and a cumulative reach of 43+ billion with 99% positive-neutral sentiment. The achieved numbers reflect a 50% (regional) & 43% (online) increase from the last year’s outreach.
