Just finished reading The CEO Factory by Sudhir Sitapati sir
After reading the same; my respect for the Indian unit of Unilever (which was always very high since campus) increased by several leaps & bounds. I always knew HUL was called the CEO Factory for India Inc but reading the book gave me clear insights as to the Why of it.
Wanted to sincerely thank the author for sharing his learnings spanning more than 2 decades in an easy to understand manner with so many anecdotes, stories and examples to explain various concepts which prima facie seem simple but are still pretty complex if one were to go on in depth.
I am definitely going long on Godrej Consumer Products Limited and buying its shares for the very long term knowing that a person of his calibre would lead it going ahead.
Super envious of all HULites but happy to see the young organisation PhonePe I work at taking small but impactful steps in imbibing many similar principles which make HUL great. 
It's a must read and possibly even repeat read.
