-Currently heading the Payments platform/ ecosystem/ road-map for GI
-Driving thousands of transactions per day across different verticals like Flights, Hotels, Cars, Trains and Buses as internal stakeholders while catering to revenue in Millions per day
-Managing the SLAs of success rates and transaction costs across both collection and refunds of transactions
- Driving the development for supporting internal functions/stakeholders like CRM, Finance, Reconciliation, Offers and Alliances across integrations for smooth operations of the payments ecosystem on GI
-Driving the development for supporting external functions/stakeholders like Payment Gateways, Banks and Payment support providers like GPAY & Phonpe for operational excellence on GI Payments ecosystem
-Drive the product road-map for MMT user's post booking experience for a million+ user base with the focus on customer delight and user engagement.

- Drive the product road-map for Myntra's Buying & Planning applications and managing it in accordance with Business targets
- Champion business efficiency and process improvements with different teams like Category, Planning, Finance, Cataloging and Vendor management with tech products incubation.
- Orchestrate build versus buy decisions at critical junctures considering the time to market vs. cost advantages
- Lead regular health checks with stakeholders and vendors to ensure systems are functioning to their delight and bring in future enhancements

Part of the Applications & Gadgets Experience Group (WordPad and Reader) for Windows 7 & 8 

Windows 7: WordPad – Support for new document formats such as docx & odt for and redesigned User Interface with ribbon controls
- Redesigned and replaced the legacy test framework that was used since 1995 to enable testing of both existing & new features
- Drove feature testing while working with internationally placed cross-functional teams of designers, software development engineers and program managers to guarantee a high-quality, smooth and efficient product delivery

Windows 8: PDF Reader – New application to support PDF format, a sought after feature in Windows Applications & Gadgets Suite
- Gathered requirements from Program Managers & bench-marked features against PDF readers from competitors
- Developed detailed test specifications, including test cases & test-automation framework, scheduled & prioritized product features
- Drove and monitored key performance metrics, including the timely filing, tracking and closure of bugs

Implemented the IPSEC cache module as a fresh graduate and delivered the same while winning multiple awards for product functionality.
