Over the years, I've had the pleasure of working with a diverse range of global organizations, helping leadership teams communicate through change, growth, and complexity. One of the most remarkable things I've observed is how much clarity and trust matter when something new, technical, or uncertain is being introduced - whether that's a major culture shift, a new platform, or a company trying to explain what it does and why it matters.

As a communications strategist, I take great pride in being part of that process. At the heart of my approach is a commitment to building messaging and relationships - with leadership, employees, and stakeholders - rooted in clarity, empathy, and authenticity. Being a storyteller at heart, I'm always looking for better ways to help organizations translate complexity into something people can actually understand and trust. I've often found myself building that function from scratch - setting up communications strategy in places where no playbook existed yet, and getting the foundation right.

Increasingly, I'm drawn to how this applies to technology and AI specifically: helping people understand not just what a technology does, but why it matters and how to trust it. That's the conversation I want to be part of next.
