As the Customer Experience leader at Swiggy my role was to ensure we stood for outstanding customer experience across the customer journey on restaurant selection, food discovery, payments, order tracking, delivery experience, fulfilment, and customer support so as to drive repeat usage and best in class customer retention. Achieved annualised product led gains on Unit economics >$100MM while helping the company spike transactional NPS by +XX. 

My team is responsible for building and owning logistics, delivery experience, hyperlocal restaurant selection & serviceability, order fulfilment, service recovery, chatbot, customer contact centre, and location intelligence products at Swiggy. We are a 3-way marketplace connecting customers, restaurants and delivery executives.

Successfully led the transition of the InDesign desktop tool to a cloud based software which worked seamlessly with various cloud services and mobile apps developed from scratch. Publish Online functionality in InDesign has seen a massive adoption worldwide to publish interactive documents online in a single click. 

Worked with cross-functional teams to launch new mobile apps (Adobe Comp CC) for layout designers and a brand new UX for working on touch devices. Led and prioritised significant changes in several core publishing workflows for both web and print designers and prioritised key performance improvements by moving rendering to the GPUs. 

Adobe InDesign has 3M+ paid monthly users and is the world's #1 page layout and publishing software used to create long and short documents - brochures, newsletters, ebooks, printed books, posters, flyers and magazines for consumption on all platforms - Digital, Print, tablets and phones. InDesign and InCopy are part of the Adobe Creative Cloud with 6M+ active subscribers.

Managed Mafia Wars. Overall lead on all metrics - Engagement, DAU and Revenue - annual revenues > $50 MM. ~ 1MM monthly active users, install base of 120MM users. 

Designed and launched features that individually led to incremental multi million dollar revenues making Mafia Wars one of the highest Revenue per DAU games on Facebook. Features included territory capture based boss fights, 'Gacha' mechanic and Collectable Card based mechanics which set new benchmarks in monetization.

Product owner of the VIP Subscriptions program - the most successful subscription program of virtual goods and currency in social gaming on Facebook. 

Launched an interactive map based interface for brand new crime destinations in Mafia Wars - South Africa and Mexico, leading to a sustained spike in user engagement and retention.
 
Product management and design on features from concept to launch - often involved multiple iterations on UX and overall design to churn out compelling features which ensured increased user adoption and monetization.
