Based out of Bangalore, here's a small background info on work! :)
From the beginning of my career, I have always been a hustler and have worked only with early stage startups across Healthcare, Automation and Manufacturing and now in Ed-tech & Med-Tech!
Exploring the founder's office role now but prior to this, got two years of Talent Management & Ops experience under my belt!
Now, the best part about my work? Conflict Mediation, Risk Management, Operational Efficiency & Employee Advocacy!
Because what makes the company efficient if not a happy healthy workforce and proper program road-mapping! 🤓
While I meet tight deadlines and stick to my KRA on weekdays, I am completely out on weekends!
Off work, you can find me exploring off beat places and flying to different cities!
