I’ve been a Copywriter / Brand Strategist for
some of the finest brands such as
Tata Steel, Microsoft, HarperCollins, Philips, Veeba, & then some ✨

These were housed by the digital agencies that I worked with full-time & on a freelance basis.

I also love to tell stories in the story-est of ways possible 💁🏻‍♀️ So, I pursued a Diploma in Screenwriting from one of the most prestigious Film Schools in India

This empowered me to nurture my love for writing short films,
feature films, and episodic content like webseries. 🎥 🎬

Story behind #GetBookedThisSummer - our campaign for HarperCollins India! ✨

The brief found us at the agency, The Glitch, in the middle of the pandemic and truly brought a smile to my extremely tired face😊 Here’s proof!

The brief was to revive the love for reading among the ones who’ve been avid readers but haven’t picked up a book in ages! 📚

Task at hand? To remind readers what they loved but left behind, through IPs and social media storytelling centred on the joy of reading 📖

We cracked this in a few ways, starting with Haikus on social media posts. These triggered memories of moments & places where book-lovers approached a book. 📚

I pitched some intellectual properties, which would further grab our audiences' mindshare 🎯

Our first IP idea was Reactionary - How would one react when they’d read a book that’s completely out of their comfort zone!

Second IP idea was Plot Twist - Bringing characters together from two different books and making them do an improv scene.🎞

Tantalising former book-lovers 📚 doesn't end here; we also reminded them of their most loved memorabilia with every post, like this one!

Brand love content for Microsoft that the audiences loved! 💻 💖

Here’s the feeling you get when thinking of your favourite brands!

I was tasked with recreating this feeling through social media posts when one recalls Microsoft. They wanted to evoke that fondness among Gen-Z and bring forth nostalgia among millennials 💙

I conceptualised some key social media posts that created a buzz on the Microsoft India page 🤩

The AcadAlly project - taking me back to my school days👩🏼‍🎓!

School is bittersweet for most students.

I was reminded of this feeling during this brief

My client, Avalon EdTech, aimed to establish a network connecting school leaders, teachers, and students to foster holistic learning and enhance parental involvement.✨

This is to help students with diverse interests and provide them with extra study support

I coined the name AcadAlly, and the team at Avalon EdTech loved it, because it resonated with their ideology of being a reliable buddy to students.👩‍🎓

Diwali campaign for Philips India’s Garment Care products 🌟

Diwali in 2020 looked a little bit like the picture below - happy with a tinge of lost! However, the festivity meant a lot to people after all that was going on - we know what!

We infused the best of storytelling with the most celebratory imagery to take our messaging forward - #SafetySeShubh

Philips India wanted to spread the message of celebration with safety, promoting its Garment Care range

Conceptualised the brand tone & creatives for Currygram! 🌶️ 👩‍🍳

This brief reminded me of how we’re our own cheerleaders while living in a different city 📣 🌆

I was supposed to devise the brand tone for a new entrant in the FMCG sector called Currygram, known for its ready-to-cook gravies 👩‍🍳

They wanted to primarily focus on college students / new jobbers living in different cities.

I worked on a brand tonality that was fun but not always funny.

It was infused with warmth and empowered by the DIY attitude, so that we don’t encroach on Zomato’s or Swiggy's territory 🚫
